Optimax will continue to offer the option of either the VSP or Davis network through Guardian in 2025! All employees will be required to elect or waive coverage during open enrollment. The benefit will continue to be 100% voluntary, meaning employees pay the full premium for coverage via pre-tax payroll deductions.
