Optimax will continue offering Accident Insurance for all benefit eligible employees on a voluntary basis, however will be changing carriers to Mutual of Omaha effective 1/1/2026. The old coverage through AFLAC will terminate 12/31/25. If you waived coverage in the past, you can elect coverage for this upcoming plan year with no health questions asked (no EOI). The cost of coverage will continue to be deducted from your paycheck on a post-tax deduction basis.
