Optimax offers full-time employees the option to enroll in a Dependent Care FSA. The IR maximum for 2024 is $5,000 (if married, filing separately, $2,500 each).
Optimax will be transitioning to a new vendor as of 1/1/25. Currently Benefit Resource (BRI) administers the Dependent Care program, however as of 1/1/25, Lifetime Benefit Solutions (LBS) will take over. Please make sure all claims expenses are submitted by end of year to BRI to close out your account. You’ll want to set up a new account with LBS (either the app, or online portal) if you’re enrolling in the Dependent Care program again for 2025.
