Optimax offers full-time employees the option to enroll in a Dependent Care FSA. The IR maximum for 2024 is $5,000 (if married, filing separately, $2,500 each).
Optimax will continue to offer both a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Care FSA through Lifetime Benefit Solutions (LBS) in 2026. If this is your first time enrolling, you’ll want to set up a new account with LBS (either the app, or online portal) if you’re enrolling in the Dependent Care program again for 2026.
